Book to stay for
seven nights get the eighth night free.
A refundable £10 deposit is payable for the use of a
barrier/toilet access card for the duration of your stay.
Booking is recommended at all times of the year but
essential for weekends during the summer months and bank holidays.
Our
policy is not to give refunds.
Super Sites
We now offer supersites these plots offer a concrete
base measuring 45ft by 20ft with mains water, grey water disposal and
individual electricity hook-up points with a 16amp supply. Unfortunately as we
have an eco-friendly chemical free sewerage system we are unable at this time
to offer a black water disposal connection.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome on the park but
must be kept on a lead while around the park.

Fishing
The river Wear which runs around the
site is a popular fishing river and permits are available. The permits cost
£7.00 per day (juniors
(under 14) permits £4) Season Tickets £35.00 (car park not
included £1.50per visit season ticket must be shown) from the site shop and
cover two miles of river bank.
A river board license must be held.
