Book for seven nights and receive one night free.
A refundable £10 deposit is payable for the
use of a barrier/toilet access card for the duration of your stay.
Booking is recommended at all times of
the year but essential for weekends during the summer months and bank holidays.
Our policy is not to give refunds but a credit note may be
issued on request if you are unable to stay for the duration of your paid stay.
Please Note:- from 2009 we are adopting an
adult only policy on the touring park.
Super Sites
New for the 2008 season these sites offer a
concrete base measuring 45ft by 20ft with mains water, grey water disposal and
individual electricity hook-up points with a 16amp supply. Unfortunately as we
have an eco-friendly chemical free sewerage system we are unable at this time
to offer a black water disposal connection.

Fishing
The
river Wear which runs around the site is a popular fishing river and permits
are available. The permits cost £7.00 per day (child (under 14) permits £4)
Season Tickets £35.00 (car park not included £2.50per visit) from the site shop
and cover two miles of river bank.
A river board license must be held.
