The New Year Party; another roaring
success! Even after the domino night we heard there was
a lock in and a few sore heads!! The next night at the village
hall will be a Quiz night 24th February everyone welcome!
Gas and Electricity Prices
As mentioned in the previous newsletter
there is a gas price increase which has been implemented from this bill. The
gas tanks were desperately low when filled, despite being ordered in good time
it took two weeks for the gas to arrive. Each home has been credited with five
units charged at the old rate. This is reflected in your bill.
Taxi services
If anyone on the park needs a lift up

Eric, Peter, Michael & Graham
The lads appreciate your recognition of
their hard work over these last few weeks. It has been very hard for them; they
have forgotten how good it is to grass cut!!!
Chiropodist
We have a young lady who is available to visit the park to look
after any ones feet. If you are interested she will visit the park on a Monday Please

Newspaper
deliveries
We have asked the local paper shop to see if they would deliver daily
papers direct to your home if you are interested please make known as she needs
to know numbers.

Bash
Don’t forget 22nd June keep this date free, all are welcome on
the park more information soon!
Bin Area
As we have smartened up the entrance,
the next thing to build is a tidy bin area (as they are unsightly around the
park) and to keep all rodent problems to a minimum. The proposed position is the
land beside the Village hall we are applying for permission as this is in the
scheduled area and we do not want to upset English Heritage again.
Lost his bottle
Mr Lawrence mislaid a bottle of whiskey
at the New Year’s party; so if anyone has seen it please let Mr Lawrence know.
